When will my order ship and when will i get it?
February–April 2026 Orders
Get Stacked just launched! We're moving inventory from our manufacturer in China to our US warehouse. Orders placed during this period will take approximately 20–30 days to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Standard Shipping (May 2026 onwards)
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Customers in the US can expect to receive their orders in another 3–7 business days after it is shipped.
International customers will have varying times, but usually 7–21 business days. Customs fees may apply.

Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by location. Please note that we are a small company with a single warehouse in the US. Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or other taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only make changes before your order ships, so contact us ASAP at cole@mooncrossinggames.com. Once it’s on the way, we can’t stop it, but we’ll help if there’s an issue!
My order arrived damaged—what now?
Fiddlesticks! Snap a pic and email us at cole@mooncrossinggames.com. We’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Damage has to be reported within the first 30 days of when you received the game.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
