Shipping and returns policy
**Important Notice for Early Orders (February–April 2026)**
Get Stacked just launched! We're currently moving inventory from our manufacturer in China to our US warehouse. Orders placed before May 2026 will take approximately 20–35 days to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we get everything set up.
Standard Shipping (May 2026 onwards)
- Processing time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days
- US delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International delivery: 7–21 business days after shipping (customs fees may apply)
We Ship Worldwide
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Games
- CRAP! If your game arrives damaged or defective, don’t panic. Snap a pic and email us at cole@mooncrossinggames.com.
- We’ll send a replacement game or components right away—no extra cost to you.
Wrong Item Shipped
- If we mess up and ship the wrong game, we’ll fix it. Email us at cole@mooncrossinggames.com, and we’ll get the right game to you ASAP.
Returns for Unopened Games
- If your game is unopened and in perfect condition, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Once we receive it, we’ll refund your original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Opened Games
- Once the game has been opened or played, it can’t be returned.
- The only exception we can make for this is if your game copy somehow becomes cursed like in Jumanji and you get trapped in the Get Stacked multiverse for years. In that case, you can contact us, and we’ll help you get rid of it ASAP.
